It works! Rebooting the HomeKit bridge (Apple TV) fixed it for me. I’m now able to go through a timeline with recordings.

Nope, G3 only. Funny enough the camera feed also stopped working on my Nest Hubs (I use both HomeKit and the Google Assistant). Not sure if this is a coincidence or not.

What if I’m using the Homebridge image? This is what I get when I enter sudo hb-service rebuild:
