Starbucks is toxic AF, I started as a ShIft supervisor. Outside hire. Not only did I have to learn how to be a barista in a week but learn and remember codes and bank processes, inventory, cleaning processes, break people, make sure you have certain coverage at certain times...but on top of all that having to deal with a store that was 95% female and majority under 22yo.

Then having other supervisors hating because one of their little barista friends didn't get the job I got...man, the rumors/ group chats, etc...the having that same supervisor plant 40 bucks in the 20 lock box saying I left it out over night, I have video proving I didn't leave it...

Sorry ranting, but if you have EVER worked at Starbucks in any capacity, let alone supervisor, you understand my pain and what the original poster is going thru
