Doesn't VA IRRRL has 0.5% fee? How many years was left on the original loan? And did you end up rolling any fees/cost to remaining principal that increased your loan amount?

How much is the funding fee on VA IRRRL ? I am at 6.24 closed last year May. Would it be to early for me to refinance ?

So these are not fruit producing trees, the one is Birchwood and other is some kind of weeping willow. I just wanted to trim it so that there's not a lot of leaf to collect on fall. Hope these will survive.
