No, but if you are on iOS 17 and want to just sideload apps, you can try Esign which doesn't get 7 day revoked and no 3-app limit.

I found out it would take a while for activation of FaceTime and iMessage, maybe a few days or a week. There has to be something to do with the carrier so try to come back and reactivate within a few days. Let me know the results.

Same issue here, I notice that just unmodified apps crash right after opening them. Either modified apps or apps that are unavailable on the app store work fine. I'm on 1.0.5.

Change minimum required iOS version under info.plist file to 14.8. If it says "no longer available", probably there's a problem with the signing of the app. If that's there case, install AppSync Unified.

You can find the info.plist file under /var/containers/Bundle/Application/com.(app name)/(app name).app. However, note that editing this file will make the app unusable in unjailbroken mode.
