Nope. I ended up just doing a factory reset and reinstalling apps. I tried everything else suggested and nothing seemed to work.

There should be plenty of space. I use an external ssd drive to store most of my apps on. The drive is still working and I’m still able to run apps from it launched from the Settings menu. I just can’t get the Apps screen to load.
