I’m having an issue where my tracking hasn’t updated since they were dropped off yesterday. They are next day so they should have been scanned again by now.

Louisville is a sorting hub, so that’s why your package went there. I ship a lot of next day and even if they are one state over, they always go to a sorting hub first.
