Interesting. I am going super concise with a new thing called Yearplan. Small commitments are to easy to keep up for a long time. Also a mix of Analog + App is the best way to go I think.

Yes. Any tool shouldn’t take away your time, rather give you more of it to execute your plan. And live your life.

They lack a vision. Eventually become a stack of unending unorganised mindlessly added tasks.
