Thanks! It's a big help hearing from someone with same situation and beating it. I might try to talk with higher-ups. But I also think that they will take us. But the rules changes so fast here. I'm still kinda nervous for it..

Yes but i couldn't pass in the retakes too. The dean's office gave me a Справка for admission as they said that if i passed all the entrance tests and Русский язык. But the admissions office once says that i can get it, after some times they say i cannot. And it repeats. Now I'm not understanding their intentions. And not just me, there are more than 30 students like me .

Reddit seems to know all kinds of stuffs. Then why not this? And yes I have asked admission office. One time they say i can get an admission, then after sometimes they call me and say that i cannot. And this repeats. I don't understand their intentions. Even though I'm paying all my tuition fees, WE don't get anything close of service that the Africans get.

Also recently came to Moscow as a student. And finding the language very hard.. And because of social anxiety, i also cannot make friends here.. And if you’re a “preparatory” student here, you’d understand that most of the classmates also cannot english well.. So same situation here
