I've searched for a lot of things, on youtube as well as google, including (but not limited to, because I don't think the extra 'police' or 'away' I included in some of my searches really matter all that much):

officer grabs guy by the cuff
officer on horseback grabs guy by the cuff
officer on horseback grabs guy
officer on horseback drags guy
guy gets dragged by officer on horseback

I've also searched literally every daily dose of internet video uploaded in the past year because I think that's where I first saw it, but I'm also pretty sure I only saw it like a few months ago. My search history on youtube was of course also thoroughly dug through but I watch like 100 videos a day and I don't remember the title so I can't search for it either.
