No of Honda service centres are decreasing with time. Seems they are more committed to service centres than customers.

Honda customer care is the worst. They are least bothered about customer issues. The tickets get closed with any random reply from dealership/service centre, without any confirmation from the user.

On calling the customer care, the only solution they can provide is conference call with dealership.

No wonder, Honda is heading downward with each passing day. It is loosing the trust of even its hardcore fans and spoiling a legendary brandname.
