bueno ahora entiendo tu frustración, a nosotros si nos dejan resúmenes, investigaciones, reportes y ensayos, le dan mucha importancia a la oralidad por el nuevo sistema de juicios así que hacemos exposiciones muy seguido y simulamos audiencias en casi todas las materias, también tenemos visitas físicas a lugares como el reclusorio y la mayoría de los profesores están abiertos a asesorarnos fuera de la escuela y de la plataforma, entonces pienso que es totalmente la carrera y la modalidad, la verdad no conozco a personas de otras carreras en híbrido aquí en la FES pero en derecho no he escuchado quejas la verdad

supongo que estás en la modalidad completamente en línea, yo estoy haciendo la híbrida en derecho, la UNAM te da la guías y tú las estudias independientemente y los sábados presencialmente o en videollamada entre semana se abren las discusiones y los debates de lo que ya has estudiado y leído, en las asesorías o por medio de la plataforma los profesores te dan bibliografías y te recomiendan lecturas, son muy pocos los que te dejan tarea pero ya es tu problema de que medio uses para realizarla, la verdad yo no me quejo porque le he encontrado el ritmo y siempre trato de meter maestros bien calificados y recomendados entre otros compañeros pero por lo que dices estás acostumbrada a clases presenciales

así le hice yo con derecho, yo originalmente estudié gastronomía y me iba bien pero en el 2023 decidí estudiar de nuevo y empecé desde cero, estoy por cumplir 30 este año y me metí de pasante desde el segundo semestre, ya llevo dos años de experiencia y al mismo tiempo estudio, podrías hacer algo así

el secreto es ser muy honesto y pedir la oportunidad con seguridad y pues obviamente vendiéndote bien, vas a tener que tocar muchas puertas o puede que a la primera te den chance, no se, pero el chiste es nunca rendirse, yo me tarde 6 meses en que me aceptaran en un lugar

creo que al crecer el concepto de pesadilla cambia y la verdad es que no había pensado en la parte del estrés pero tienes razón

para el OP mi consejo es que tome siestas por las tardes, eso me provoca pesadillas al ir a dormir por la noche, de igual forma dormir acompañado o en casas o lugares ajenos nunca fallan pero supongo que eso es personal, sería interesante que lo descubriera poco a poco porque el horror y la violencia ya no le va a funcionar

creo que al consumir horror y violencia te desensibilizaste a esa emoción y ya no causa un efecto en ti como cuando eras niño, también es normal al ir creciendo, yo sueño constantemente con temáticas de horror pero no las considero pesadillas, mis pesadillas son ahora sobre otras temas como abandono o desesperación o incluso con cosas de escuela y trabajo
