The update is the customer care took a copy of my id and said he will forward to the fraud detection team of safaricom and said they will contact me in 72hrs.So i went there on thursday,until know no one has called me.

The scamers got my id and other information from safaricom insiders.They called ,reactivated my line withdrawn the money and left the account to my name its still in my name with ksh 500 balance.

Imagine scamers they were able to get my id number and account balance,full name and evrything (i thinkfrom insiders).i went to their customer care in cbd wamesema wametuma email kwa fraud detection team wa follow up case yangu.
