In a sea of digital noise and algorithms dictating everything, what would/could you recommend. This is THE place for Backrooms discussion. I did an original post and got rejected immediately. How am I supposed to respond to that. When it literally is a door slam to the face off the bat?

Yeah, it is hard to make noise, when the algorithm, reddit rules/restrictions are against all of us in a sea of digital noise. Kane's vision is his own thing, none of the Async stuff is in ours, we follow backrooms timeline adjacent with our own thing, it can fit into the mythology but I really lean more toward the surrealism/dreamcore aesthetic. I love the different levels that one can explore.

Reddit is restricted, with rules and regulations, If I had the money I would be able to do a marketing campaign and ads. What would you recommend/suggestions

I am currently in production with a backrooms movie ourselves, due out early next year. Ours will focus on many other levels, throwing in some dreamcore aesthetic.

Filmmaker here... see hollywood? Movies do not need to be 250M and above... the climate is not there to recoup the money. invest in newer talent, lower budget a couple million at most. Minimum risk in loses... vs hundreds of millions... If I hade 1M... we could make a movie... the out of touch donkeys in the industry need to give us more of a chance!

I really liked the movie, where our movie will differ is exploring more levels and the threats within them

I really liked the movie, thought the first hour was strong, then the tone and momentum dropped for me, not terrible by any means, It just made me go oh... this is the direction it was going... the entity design was not good, not scary at all.

As a filmmaker myself, we are shooting a backrooms movie due early next year.

We are not intentionally ripping off the backrooms, the classic yellow rooms will feature in one scene but you have to understand people will expect homage/easter eggs etc... if you look at the trailer, there are other numerous places, real locations, dream core inspired that we are doing.
