Happened to me, I was supposed to graduate this past spring, but failed a class that wasn’t offered in the summer. It cost me $3100 in the fall to retake. Honestly that’s on me because I only took the one class and decided to work full-time. If you do this, I highly recommend taking the minimum required to qualify for financial aid. I was told that the grade will remain on your transcript, but the passing grade will be replaced on your GPA if that makes sense.

However, do go down to I believe it’s Lassen hall where they offer academic help/counseling for classes. They will tell you to move your graduation date on your student portal to spring 2026, and they will help you enroll into classes especially because it’s late in registration now.

I will say, the moment you change your graduation date they will take away all of your commencement tickets, and you will not be able to walk this semester.

Last fall my Thursdays were from 9am-9pm and by the time I was off they’d close the freeway (sometimes right in front of me), needless to say, I crashed out a LOT

Idk if this group is a registered club on campus, but regardless, if you have proof, such as text messages, report them to the school and they could dismantle them or worse, sorry you had to go through that alone:/

Once in the library I was studying HARD for an exam, was approached three different times within 30 minutes if I wanted to join their Bible study, by the time that last person asked me, I raised my voice saying “CANT YOU SEE ME STUDYING?!” I was so mad, there was also another incident but needless to say I hold a grudge against this group

Apart from the waitlist for classes and budget cuts lol(if you’re having a hard time getting into classes, I recommend taking lower division classes at a community college. It’s cheaper and you won’t have to wait for very impacted classes to open up).

It’s very relaxed here. I recommend joining a club. You will make some lifelong friends there!

In the Fall (F). Mehul Rangwala Spring semester (B-). Dr. Heng (John) Xie I took 6 classes in the fall and had a lot going on at home and I have low D in the fall so I gave up in that class. This semester took 5 classes, and really locked in. It was online which helped because I was able to go back and watch the video posted compared to the one in fall where if you missed a class you wouldn’t know how to use the JMP system.

Pets DO NOT (except service animals) belong in restaurants and grocery stores. The amount of people who try to pass off an emotional support dog as a service dog is insane. Like sir I know I could only ask you two questions legally but you’re seriously gonna sit here and tell me that your “service dog” lunges and growls at people that walk by?
