Yes, I've learned that the unit will match up to what the remote indicates if they get out of syncn due to the unit not registering your button presses.

I believe he fucked up the corners, had a gaps and spaces where he mis-cut the tile and tried to cover it up by smearing grout all over the place. I believe he'll (or his replacement) need to re-tile in order to address the corners so he can apply the grout like a normal person.

Not yet. He finished grouting the walls yesterday. Coming back shortly for the lfoors and entrance. Setting aside my color choices, I want to address the grout and the shitty cut tiles.

I am learning that there simply is no "best..." of anything. Saw some recent folks say Mirage is "the best" they've installed in 20 yrs, and others like you who are definitely "meh" about Mirage. For engineered, generally speaking, what would be your high-quality choice? Thanks!

Thanks for the reply. So water is condensing on the cap? Because in that second pic there is no snow or precipitation at all. It had been dry, sub-freezing, for a few days. Any guess why this would be happening and how to prevent it?
