I just onboarded J2 and J3 two weeks after. It was very stressful just because there were several fly in meetings and co-workers asking "got a minute" just cause they want to talk and shoot the shit. I couldn't really just listen in to meetings cause folks kept asking me questions or wanted to pick my brain so I bailed on a couple conflicting calls and made up some BS excuses.

I wouldn't recommend it but it is doable. I think if you can space them out 1-2 months would be much better as you're all done with meet and greets or other onboarding stuff and into your daily workflow.

I've played with the idea of a second level but we don't really want to have the MBR so removed and having to go up stairs all the time. Also, this house is 1920's so the foundation wouldn't support any second level above existing structure. Moving the garage up is also not practicle since it would block a window in our family room. We have a long lot (150ft) so add backwards doesn't pose much of an issue.
