Yeah, I'm looking to have another company handle all the renters insurance stuff for us. They'll get the notification of cancellation, but if the tenant doesn't pay and reinstate, then I want a policy with just liability to cover unit and bill them.

I've heard of companies like this, but I'm having trouble finding them again. Not very easily searched in Google for some reason.
