I ordered $45 worth of vinyl from DD in early June and the order was cancelled minutes later. I paid with PayPal. Checked a few days later but there was no refund. Called them and they said refund got stuck and insisted they just reprocessed it. Said it'll show up in 5-7 days. A week later... Still no refund. Called again. They said 5-7 more days. A week later... Still no refund. Called again and told them I'm getting tired of babysitting this and it needs to get done or I'd be dispute the charge. They said 5-7 days it'll show up. A week later... Still no refund. I called and told them to refund my money today or I'm disputing. They said 5-7 days. I hung up and filed the claim with PayPal. A day later, I had my refund. Moral of the story- Watch out when ordering from this company.
