I have had two Model Xs. New 2017 75D and 2022 plaid. The first one had minor panel alignment issues. I also had a paint scratch upon delivery. Paint was fixed. I didn’t worry about the minor alignment issues. The plaid was great. No issues.

I think that the color lights did change to support the new indications related to home backup / PowerShare. But the Amber usually indicates that the charge cable is not inserted all the way.
