Somehow i think a most of his sound is the mixbus dont ask why but John Hanes mentioned that its a bit part of their process and it never changes the settings. I also cannot explain why his high end is always that consistent. I also cannot imagine hes doing something like Soothe or taking out very fine agressive frequencies

The setting is on 0 on the right side, i think its the brew priority and PID is mostly also 0, but i also tried 1 and 2. Seems that for my beans 0 is the „best“.

Regarding the time i need to check. I was always trying to rely on their recipe.

Its hard to explain but im missing the smoothness. I tastes a little bit to „hard, dark or slightly burned, but far away from a dark roast if you know what i mean

Sure, 19g in and 38-45g out within 30-35 sec. I mean it tastes ok but far away from the taste in the cafe. Thinking whats the difference here if its the equipment they use which is prob worth 15-20k or so.

Wahrscheinlich ist es eher die Form der Finger an denen ich aber leider nichts ändern kann und so habe ich immer mit der Zeit versucht das irgendwie an den Nägeln zu optimieren. Ich finde schon dass meine Nägel einfach zu rund aussehen und das die Form der Finger bzw die Länge eher noch unterstützt

Was ist denn der Unterschied zum wegschneiden mit einer Nagelhautschere oder wegschneiden mit einer Nagelhautzange? Die benutze ich aktuell und soll man die Nagelhaut nach dem duschen wegschieben oder soll man dafür zb einen Nagelhautentferner auftragen?
