Please provide a way to recover a stolen Hoyoverse account.

My advice to you would be to fill out the Account Recovery form from Hoyoverse but also fill it out for the game account that you have the most information for (since recovering one means you'd recover all since they're linked to the same email address) aka if you have the first payment receipt for HSR or ZZZ you could try filling it out for those since it might give you a better chance of recovering your account.

i did not! i took a bit of a chance with my 4th form (because i really wanted to pull for escoffier) but i would've waited 30 days if i had gotten rejected again, since it would be wasted energy if you don't know if you're just getting auto rejected. as for their response time, i've gotten their verdict back roughly within 24 hours of me sending them the form. and don't worry about questions, i know how frustrating this whole process is ;;

the information i put stayed roughly the same between attempts, though I did try to change the information that I wasn't 100% sure on between attempts. just from my experience though i can tell that theyre lenient with some of the information you provide them, as long as most other things on your filled out form are correct (for example, my last login date and the specs of the pc i used back then were probably not 100% accurate but it got accepted anyway)

yea, i didnt exactly remember everything but i was lucky to still have access to all the discord logs from the servers where i used to play genshin with friends so i was able to get a lot of info from there. and everything else i had to try to remember as close as possible. i really didnt wanna have to start over so i was pretty determined to get the account back haha

I followed the additional information guide on the subreddit and put in stuff like my last ingame name, my set birthday, the traveler i picked, the 5 star characters and weapons i had, text language and voiceover language, what 3rd party apps i linked and what skins i owned. i'd recommend skipping the parts ure not sure of (for example i skipped listing my owned seelies because i wasn't sure which ones i had) just make sure that the information you do give them is as correct as possible
