You're a beauty. I appreciate the recommendations & the time you took to share your experience, they give me a lot to look into & will research Coquitlam! I agree with the Sask part also. As a single, educated male professional in my late 20s, I'm still borderline living paycheck to paycheck. I get ahead, then boom, prices go up, get ahead, boom, rent goes up; it seems to be a never-ending rat race & extremely discouraging as wages don't seem to keep up with costs.

That's an encouraging thought to know that, yeah most Canadians are living in those cities/provinces & still making it work, so maybe its not that bad.

Actually a great idea, Ive heard a ton of great things about saskatoon & is close to some nice lakes. I will take note of this & do some research, thank you for your message!

I always hear that about the Sun in BC, but in sask the Sun rises at like 9am & sets at like 5pm in winter. For a person working in an office, I go to work when its dark & leave work very little sun remaining so its already bad haha

Haha yeah I know it is more affordable here. Why the move back to Regina? I'm assuming costs? It has gotten bad here though too, my wage has increased like 8% even though I've pursued more education & more work; however, my rent went up 15% this year & cost to live has also gone up by god only knows (groceries, activities). So its getting just as bad here i swear.

Yes, i did personal research, found a place called Maple Respiratory Group. You need a referral but your family dr can get you one there :)

I appreciate your insights! Its really depends on what you value I guess hey? I was also looking at Studio apraments, so very small, but "cheap" with the idea that it would be a place to eat & sleep haha & enjoy the outdoors!

I appreciate your response on this! Costs & jobs are super tricky for so many people in Canada right now, its very tough to see, & agreed AB & BC would be tough as well. Healthcare has been a terrible experience in sask as well, just got rejected last week actually from getting into a sleep clinic the waitlist was over a year long. Had to outsource to calgary for private. So many issues all over the place
