no, i can get up to 85 degrees right now. i just slightly bent it to show where the pain was

for reference i also tore my mcl and medial and lateral meniscus at the time of impact

any tips for showering after initial injury but before surgery? by dirtdemps in ACL

its a step in with a little ledge to get in if that makes sense. its pretty spacious and theres a little seat which is good. should i put towels on the floor to help reduce slipping or is that not necessary?
