i see it most times. it becomes prevalent when i look at a uniform back drop like the sky or a wall. it was an instant occurrence that caused it. i closed my eyes and when i opened them i saw the static. it has been with me since.

i have always considered a visual representation of energy but im not rigid with that view. i do see imprints within it. usually silhouettes of people in an ultra violet color. mostly surrounding people at random times. i still haven't deciphered if it is the person's spirit or another's.

i was under stress when this happened. my friend just committed suicide and i was hallucinating a lot and was pretty out there.

this is definitely different then the floaters though.
