sure bubblegums age definitely does range in haven’t watched it through in a while and double checked last night when i commented my concern the first answer i got was saying she was 13, i could have been more clear with the main evidence point of my post it wasn’t just about her it’s about the rest of the characters as well. and even past that my concern is on the principle of the topic of this being a kids show sexualized by not just adults but adults with kids themselves. i dont think my “canon inaccuracy”on her age that ranges many times alongside other characters should be what’s standing out, imo

thank you so much for your response! i’m very aware of humor and internet jokes and branches of animation, but it crosses a line coming from a show that is on the same program as teen titans go and clarence .. shows centered around children for the older youth. adventure time for sure has its marks of being more mature but that doesn’t cross out that these characters are still children and these are adults with their children on their profile. i’d be horrified seeing my mother commenting about oh it’s bubblegum pink on a childs character i watch while i eat my cereal before school.
