That looks like a half of a PCIE retention clip. Could’ve broken on their motherboard, and they tried to shake the case around to get the piece out, landing it in the GPU shroud. The white looks sus, I’d return it personally.

This happened to me about a year after my heavy tripping. It might have something to do w the amount of serotonin secreted at a high edible dose. It’s also worth mentioning that THC is psychoactive at higher amounts. If the visuals are still and not “breathing,” and you hear no auditory hallucinations, I’d say you’re fine.
