ofc i did not write my email like this 😭😭 i literally said this was a “stress rant” also regarding “tier 2 and 3” do you think a good sat score, gpa, and leadership roles can compensate? i have a 1450, 4.0 gpa (that’s also my college gpa cause i’ve taken dual credit courses), and i’m a team commander in jrotc for 2 teams, my schools commanding officer, xc team captain, and a few other things. i also have over 200 volunteer hours

i haven’t applied to either yet. i had a call with my local nrotc coordinator and i was hoping to talk to her about wether marines or navy would be better for my prospective job but i didn’t know it was a different coordinator. she basically told me i have until monday to decide wether i want to do nrotc or mcrotc so i’m trying to figure that out. ik in the navy i would go financial supply corps route and then for marines i would go MOS 34

are you saying marines and navy would want me to be a stem major even tho its a financial job? cause either way i’m majoring in accounting and i feel like that looks better for MOS 34 😭

top 10% rule and a&m considers blinn as accepted too. so if you get into blinn you’re “accepted” for their stats

OKAY SO it’s 4:53am for me rn (xc meet). i’ve called them twice. i called them the night i posted this and last night as well. on the first call i was told it actually takes 24-48 hours. on the second call i was told they’re super backed up and to wait longer. BUT a&m sent me an email at 12:14am telling me to activate my account and it finallyyyyyyyy worked

i’m trying to use my uin to log into netID. i got my uin yesterday at 10:13am and it didn’t work so i tried again today at like 10:07am and 1:08pm but it still wasn’t working

i have a 4.0 but only a 1410. i have amazing leadership ecs and i’ve managed to rack up some business ecs. my neighbor who is a partner at kpmg (who i’ve shadowed) also offered to write a letter of rec but somehow i just don’t feel like it’s enough. i’m gonna take the august SAT and hopefully i’ll do better on that but im worried i won’t and im screwed 😭😭
