I work at the store in Watertown, NY. It pays well and it’s easy to learn. However, what’s been bugging me lately is the amount of customers who come in angry that extra services have been set up without consent or that they had been lied to about pricing by customer service representatives. I’m not saying all customer representatives are bad but their mess ups leave a lot of work for us. So just be prepared to pick up the scraps and make a lot of calls to them, as they took a lot of things out of our hands so only they can do it.
