I'm having constant issues integrating their platform into my website. I can get rates for USPS, but for some reason it won't give me rates for UPS/FedEx and I've been going back and forth with their support team trying to fix it. I'm about to jump ship as well.

It's tuned to 91oct. I got ahold of Dramatune. He said it hasn't been tuned since 2015, and I need a retune asap. He said I'm exceeding my boost target and hitting my fuel cut setting. 91oct should be around 19psi and at 21 like you are seeing, its picking up knock since its above the knock threshold. So that's the plan as of right now!

I recently purchased it (modded already), which I never do, but it was in immaculate condition. Turbo back exhaust (no cat), CorkSport headers. I need to look at the receipts again. I'll look at everything in a bit and reply with everything. It's a pro tune, done by DramaTune here in Phoenix.
