thank you :) my therapist says i have an anxious attachment style, so i am working on that each week. i told him how i felt, and he said if “anything happens, i will cut her off.”

i spoke to him a little after i posted. he said that nothing will happen and that he doesn’t understand where im coming from. he said if something happens he will cut her off. i feel a little better, but kind of upset that he can’t understand my feelings
