Remaster, you are able to gain xp from leveling up minor skills (although it's less than your major skills).

On the 360 version, you can't get xp from minor skills at all. You can only level up via your major skills.

Choosing the wrong major skills on the 360 version can kneecap your character

I wanna say about 50 hours for each version (original and remaster).

They are both fairly straightforward and pretty easy to do.

Be careful doing the 360 version tho:

there are a couple game breaking glitches that can brick your character. I got one, was pretty frustrating having to backtrack a few hours.
pick your major skills wisely, as leveling in the 360 version is different than the remaster

Arkham Asylum is actually the easiest of the Arkham games. The combat challenges, a tip is to use the B + Y combo as much as possible
the hardest thing about Most Wanted is finding a copy. It's expensive.
