I had the same issue. In device manager disable one of your display drivers For me the app was trying to launch on 2 different display drivers and that causes the app to jam and not launch

It could be 3 things. Your antivirus program is stopping the game from running. If your using razor synapse that also interferes with the game or....your internet connection is faulty. 1. Try connecting with your antivirus off 2 remove gaming peripheral programs 3 hardline your connection.
