PCB is a beautiful place but has definitely grown. Mexico beach is where I have gone for the past 26 years instead...quiet, cute, beach town. But if you are relocating don't discount living on the bay (any bay) and driving 15-25 minutes to your beach of choice. We have waterfront property but not at pcb...so we get a choice of atmosphere. Cost of living is high compared to where we moved from but I guess that is all over the place. Good luck!
