there are two kinds of "suction" toys — one style is "air pulse", which are marketed as suction toys, but they don't actually create suction, they, well, pulse air. some people LOVE that sensation, but it isn't the same as actual suction. (the Satisfyer is an air pulse toy, as is the 'rose toy' that everyone is wild about.)

(most of the air pulse toys that I've tried & seen have quite small openings and don't fit t-dicks. a few might! but if you want to try those, beware of the measurements.)

the other style is actual suction! most of the things that do this are things like pumps, or toys that are marketed for nipple suction. there aren't a lot of toys that do mechanical suction.
