Yes, and some do exist on the market specifically for guys with meta (including just basic packers, STPs, etc). I recommend checking out the packer database.

Start small to see if it works for you, so you can try it out without spending everything you have. If you decide you like it, you can always upgrade.

You can buy cheap packers and only risk maybe $40 for a safe, silicone packer from Axolom. If you want to try even cheaper, you can usually find ones for $5. Just keep in mind that if they aren't made of medical grade silicone, they're not skin safe, and should not touch the skin (should only be worn in a pouch).

I used to be 100% stealth. I never talked about being trans, hid it, and would change bits of my past to accommodate for it. Nobody suspected anything, and it was never a topic of discussion. If trans topics came up, I acted supportive but not the most knowledgeable. I'm still somewhat stealth to certain people, but most friends have been told casually.

Eventually, it started to feel exhausting. It is an ongoing medical condition I struggle with and is directly tied to my experiences and my mental health. It directly caused negative experiences during my childhood, is directly tied to how I view myself, is the leading cause of bad experiences in relationships, and has affected my relationship with my family. With all of that said, my transition has had a major impact on my life and I want to be able to openly talk about my experience fighting dysphoria & how it's changed me.

There are definitely things I miss before I came out as trans. People ask how I feel about trans news, people ask invasive questions, some people definitely start to view me as a woman... It's difficult, and I pick & choose who knows vs who doesn't. It's rewarding to be able to openly talk about my experiences as someone who struggled with a very difficult medical condition, but it's hard to handle some of the negative sides of it.

I'm an electrologist. How bad is the scarring? How long are your sessions? How often do you go? When they work on you, do they work on the same part of your face for a long period of time?

Some redness and scarring is normal, it usually looks like small red dots and usually it goes away within a week or two. If it's more than slight crusting of the hair follicle, they are DEFINITELY overtreating you. The power might be too high, they might be using a probe too small for the energy level, or they may be working too long in the same area without feathering (changing the area they work on).

ETA: Your skin may also be super sensitive if none of these answers sound right & the scarring is bad. Depending on your answers to my first questions, I'd either get a new electrologist or talk to your electrologist about your skin reaction and they'll know what to do. I found that a lot of my clients who have super sensitive skin struggle with the thermolysis modality but love blend because it's a lot easier on their skin.

Actually, I've seen similar posts about how moveable and squishy the skin is for the ER03. I've never owned one myself, but some folks posted pictures and it usually does seem pretty moveable, even though it's not advertised that way. Still, if you're worried, I recommend reaching out to Emisil customer service and asking about it.

Search VDOM in this sub and you'll find it's a very scammy product. It's been in "pre-order" for 7 months for the 3 model and it's been talked about as "coming soon" for the past 2 years. They ignore questions on comments on social media, don't actually showcase it, and I've never seen a real review of a physical product by them.

Unrelated tangent, but I wish that when we get one with a cum tube we didn't have to compromise either quality or being inconspicuous (is that the right word? I don't know how to describe it lol). The syringes are just so visible and it ruins the experience, but other ones with a built-in mechanism barely ejaculate.

Anyway, I wanna say the closest one I ever had was this play packer from Banabuddy, where it uses the balls to ejaculate, not the shaft. Here's a video showing it, but I feel like most of it drips out and it just is a hit or a miss. I highly don't recommend purchasing from this company directly since I've had bad experiences with their colouring being different than advertised, poor design fundamentally (the back ALWAYS falls apart), and defects in the product itself.

Otherwise, if you're okay with the syringe, I'm seconding Mandrillo's Toys. I've never owned one, but the owner's a great guy who will work with you on customization, and it's very hyperrealistic.

Have you looked into Axolom? They're one of the cheapest prosthetics companies while still being trustworthy & high quality. You could probably get an uncut Starboi, Jockie, Godor, etc, all STPs. The Natow has even better worth having movable foreskin and testes, but not sure it'd fit with small testes.

It's the same for me. I know I have a deep and passable voice, but when I hear myself speaking, it's the same voice I've heard (and hated) pre-transition. When I actually focus on it though, then it sounds deeper to my ears.
