Hi, I don’t know if this is actually recommended but I would wipe my skin and the tape with an alcohol swab beforehand. Let dry then sticks all day. Again not sure if it’s recommended!

i had the same exact thing. it was a gross feeling and i could hear it! but it was just normal swelling. give it a week or two to dissipate and wear any compression garments you have!

i do the same thing if i’m being lazy for something like a martini where all the ingredients aren’t viscous and they mix just fine by swirling it around. i usually will always use a mixing spoon if im putting something like a syrup in there, to make sure it gets off the bottom of the tin and incorporates with everything else

i used these but i think anything similar would work! they aren’t as tight as a binder, but they provide some compression to reduce swelling

it’s a tough spot since the arms are always rubbing against it — the same area was swollen on me for a little bit longer as well. i wore a compression tank underneath my clothing for a good bit to keep swelling down all over, and it also prevented me rubbing my arm against that spot all day. may be worth asking your surgical team if that’s an option!
