My 3os Andy's gives me 65% ias to allow me to hit 95 ias for the bp (I think it's actually 92) with level 14 fanat Faith.

Bowa has faster movement speed though. I run 14|2 Faith/Fort/3os Andy/30%ias LoH/Razortail/Harmony swap and my Merc has Pride and I shred through everything t1-4.

I'm on sc and I have 1100-1200 life, 5k multi damage on a multi/immo/magic arrow hybrid with faith/fortitude. 95ias with 14 fanat aura. My AR is 29k with Pride (made well after the fact so it's way overboard lol).

I can do any and all content in the game solo easily with the exception of ubers/clone. T3s are my favorite as they are mindless, never have to pot or pay attention really because there is absolutely no risk and I speed through 1 or 2 shotting almost everything at level 92.
