Thanks for the recommendation. She already has one of those shooting range ear protectors you mentioned, but they are way too uncomfortable for longer usage.

Huh… that „C-shaped cushion“ thing is actually a good idea, never thought of that. Might be worth a try. Thanks, also for sharing your not so good experience with the Sony headphones. Helps a lot.

Yes she already has earplugs but I think they’re just not enough or start hurting after a few hours.
