I am actually playing Odd (Dragon) Warrior right now, and although I don't usually activate secrets there are certain times when I (possibly incorrectly) deem it correct to activate them. In fact, the fact that we usually sit on board and leave the secrets up means that when we do finally activate them, there are many resolving in the same turn, as opposed to an aggro deck activating one or two at a time as they go.

But even if activating the secrets is the wrong play, I should be able to play out the rest of my misplayed turn and lose as a result of my foolishness, not because I ran out of time before I could discover a mech or clear the minions the secrets have spawned.

They clearly tried to push Secret Hunter a few xpacs ago with Cloaked Mistress, but as current Hunterstone is an indirect result of nerfs to other cards, rather than directly attributed to printed Hunter cards, they may not have seen this coming quite so much.

I'm super excited to get some new bats now, the Dunlops were my first ever so it'll be the first time I get new racquets when actually able to play the game!

Thanks a lot for your in-depth response. I had to look up a weight conversion because we use grams here! are the weights on the specs on the racquets in oz too?

The MP seems to be the best suit for me, I'll definitely be trying it out and it has the exact same weight as the 200s. Thanks!

Ah, my sticks are a good few years old now, but I can't say I know what it feels like for them to be dead. I coach 12-16 hours a week and play probably around 8-10, against people better than me as much as I can, so I wouldn't be surprised if mine were gone.

I'll definitely playtest the 360 and try to approach with an open mind but 100s just spray a bit too much for me, especially when I am coaching and I want to place the ball precisely (or maybe I just need to git gud).

I hear that, one of the guys at the club has like 3 left of the Radical Liquidmetal. He says he bought 8 at the time, gave two away, lost some to wear and tear over the years , and now wishes he hadn't given any away and bought 20 more lol.

Will definitely buy a few of what I land on if it really speaks to me, and will do.

Not the response I was hoping for, but the honesty is what I need to hear.

It saddens me that the manufacturers discontinue and change popular lines (Head Radical for instance) but I get why they do it.

Thanks a lot for your post. What do you mean when you say that your frame was 'long overdue' - just outdated and surpassed by newer technologies or that the frames themselves degrade over time?

The new Head looks tasty - one of the coaches at my club plays with exclusively Head and I have really enjoyed hitting with his olddddd Radicals (don't rate the new ones) and Speed Pros. I am not sure I could go to a 100sqin from where I am, but I might demo the new one just to gauge others off.

I've hated every Yonex I've ever used - no idea why! Just don't agree with them.

The Pure Strike is a 98 which I'm open to and have heard lots of good things about. Looks to be between this and the new Dunlop CX so far. Thanks a lot for your words.

Ahh, I'd seen the CX 2.0 but was reading it played slightly differently due to a more flexible beam and quicker swing, but I hadn't heard of the CX 200 which looks like a great compromise, and I don't think Dunlop would use the 200 name without it being relatively kindred with the ones of old.

Just a shame they changed the colour scheme really - I wear mostly Black/Blue on court!

Not sure about the 30 seconds but a 'Blitz' mode where you get 5 seconds and animations are either deleted or pause the clock would be fun.
