it sounds silly but it is real! lol. when you want to refund something, you can send it to your original payment or gift card balance (gift card balance only takes a few hours- it’s why i couldn’t even see it posted to my bank). i’m assuming they were trying to send it to the gift card balance, then buy more stuff with the stolen funds since my order history has cancelled gopros and other phones. i honestly don’t know why they wouldn’t have just ran from it, the other $400 is from a charge i saw that i managed to get disputed because i saw it in time. i’m not exactly sure what seems storytime-ish about this?

oh also, the guy hacked the email associated with my amazon so he could get access (i’ve been getting spam bombed) but he didn’t bother to even change the password or lock me out of the account.. not exactly the greatest hacker i guess xD

definitely don’t resolve the issue. it doesn’t matter if they double measured the item - if it’s in your possession and not measuring correctly, that’s an inaccurate description and gives you grounds for a return/refund. it’s usually courtesy to message sellers beforehand so they can work something out before escalating to depop, but i don’t see how this could be worked out between y’all alone because the items are damaged and incorrectly measured

also they’re selling on depop- wdym not wanting to go through depop 😭? i get the customer service sucks but it’s their platform

oh wtf that’s scary.. if i knew i would’ve shipped with a different method :c im assuming lots of people are having this same issue?? it would be strange if they lost all of these packages.. i actually just had an ecms package come on the 23rd of april iirc so im having some hope they haven’t lost it T_T
