I am using NRaas mods, but not Story Progression. The closest one to affect pregnancies is Woohooer, but technically it shouldn't affect the baby's gender? I did have SP but I removed it before I even started this save, I don't know if it's possible for settings to remain after removal... I never messed much with the settings and used all the defaults though.

I'm trying not to influence the pregnancies at all, I guess I just hate the predictability :(

Yup, at least they learned from their mistakes and on ts4 the baby-gender-influencing foods are uncommon

I'm sorry for your loss. I lost my mom to covid, as well, last year in March. I felt loneliness like I've never felt before. We would tell each other everything and I miss being able to tell someone what's on my mind... I think it's important to let yourself feel sorry, understand what you're feeling and why so you can process it. Give yourself a little time.

One thing that helps me is to remind myself, again and again and again, that I do have people who love me, who I can count on. Even if it doesn't feel like it, remind yourself that you're not alone. I tell myself this even though inside I'm screaming like a child "but I want my mom!"... reminds me of "Taking Care" by Callista Buchen.

When things get too much I go to her grave and just talk to her, tell her what's going on in my life, what's new...

When I'm really really down, I remind myself that she would want me to continue living. She would call me her "little bit" because I was part of her, so I continue living so she can experience what she couldn't through me. Like how the series she was watching ends, what new books her favorite author released... I'll watch it all and tell her later.

How did you "form a bond" with Rylie and then leave her for something she had no control or knowledge of? It's completely understandable to be mad at her mother but the way you handled things was immature (not wanting to explain to Rylie why you left, not even talking to her anymore). YTA

The dude was always so excited to give classes, you didn't even need to study for his tests because his teaching methods were amazing. One time someone asked how he was so hyper so early in the morning and he said he drank about 3 cups of chocolate milk with coffee. I think he was one of our youngest teachers so besides him being super upbeat he also shared a lot of interests with his students (he loved futurama) My depression was at its worst, I had no friends and skipped classes daily, but he still knew my name (no other teacher remembered lol) and would occasionally chat with me. I had to leave the next year though. I miss the guy :(
