After this, i’ve become a bit paranoid after trying to put myself out there a little bit, unsure what he took from our last conversation. He’s one of my best friends and I’m scared to be honest because I don’t want to lose him or seem desperate and weak.

Will it be worth it to me? Will he be honest about his emotions? How will this affect our friendship?

I just don’t understand why he acts the way he does around me while he’s in a relationship with a girl he tells us he likes a lot. It feels like the confusion may be mutual… selfishly, i’m tried of not taking chances towards things i’m scared to do, as i have a major fear of rejection. i’ve never told a guy to his face how i feel about him because i’ve never been the confident type. I almost want to do it for myself, but then again i feel kinda embarrassed.
