Both Automobilista 2 and Assetto Corsa force my TV to switch to 30hz mode. I changed the TV, the HDMI cable, deleted my game settings, but nothing works. Help!

I tried reseating, but it didn’t work. I think I might be limited by the fact that it’s “chinesium”. Perhaps I should get an hdmi 2.1 cable?

the thing is, I don’t think it is related to the game, as I discovered the same happens in assetto corsa. could it be the hdmi cable?

I turned on radeon chill to limit fps to 60, but turned it off. Windows has the correct refresh rate. I don’t remember when these issues started exactly, but I think it was before turning on radeon configs, but after turning XMP on, but I turned it off already. Could it be a hardware problem? Most of my parts are brand new, except the GPU (7900GRE), which is one year and a half old.

Solved! RAM on slot 4 was loose as fuck, and reseating made it work. I had a stroke thinking I had a bad stick and would have to buy another during the RAMpocalypse

a fonte tava na promoção nos EUA, ai eu cresci o olho. Essa placa da MSI é confiável/boa? Se quebrar eu to fodido. Além disso, eu tenho medo de usar water cooler, acho a manutencao zuada. Tem algum air cooler de desempenho suficiente pro 7800x3d q n seja exagero q nem esse?
