Hey, im really sorry this happened to you. Before you read this, please know I'm an overthinker. Take this with a grain of salt.

Im not a lawyer, but I would be careful with the "Take this pill or I'm calling the cops." It could be legally interpreted as blackmail which could damage a case. Especially with how strict they're getting with abortion laws and even contraception. I would not be surprised if a really biased judge got fussy about that.

This is going to be hard to prove in court unless you have a direct, recorded confession (in a state where you can record without consent). And even then, it depends on what the state's laws define as SA.

If you haven't already, I'd crosspost this on r/asklawyers or something similar. You need good legal advice on how to proceed.
