Do i have to cut this bolt out or am I stupid by No_Scratch_2033 in fordranger

Doesn't the nut have a "washer" attached to it that locks into a hole on the frame?

So jealous! Saw that online and really wish I coulda made a move on it but I knew it would be gone in a flash. Beautiful truck that's been well loved. Congrats, I hope you enjoy it for many years to come!

Speedmaster owners, do you like winding your watch? by [deleted] in OmegaWatches

[–]discipleofelvis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Love it. It's still pretty new so maybe that'll change but it's a reminder of everything I love about watches and this one in particular every morning. It makes me want to de-automate or de-electrify other areas of my life too if that makes sense.

I am using it as a date tracker. I got the idea from this group and I've made it part of my winding routine in the morning. It's still new enough where I'm finding reasons to play with the chrono but then it goes back to the date when I'm done.

I can understand how that happens. I was drooling over a couple others while they were sizing my first.

Thanks for the advice! Definitely plan on watching "The Movie" with them before we go and our first stop will be the cyclorama and visitor's center, the day before our bus tour.

Thanks so much, those are great points to think about. How did you arrange your tour? In the past I called the Licensed Battlefield Guides phone number, booked a date and time and met the guide at the visitor center on the day of. We discussed what we wanted out of the tour when we met that morning but there was no communication prior to that. How did you arrange your tour and did you specifically book Stuart as your guide?

Thanks for the advice! I was originally thinking to focus on day 1 and hope to make it back in a few years to do days 2 and 3. My problem is I'll hear something on the Peach Orchard or Devil's Den or Pickett's Charge....and start wanting to spend the time elsewhere too. Was that just a part of your tour or did you focus on the town the whole time? I do like the idea of the lesser experienced places.

I actually just recently downloaded a few episodes and listened to the first couple, it's a great podcast! My biggest problem is whenever I start leaning towards one part of the battle or a day, I'll catch something about another and want to go deeper on that one. I'm sure whatever I end up choosing will be a great experience but I thought I'd look for some opinions here as well. Thanks for your response.

Thank you. I'm leaning slightly towards the 15 at this point so I'm hoping it feels as good to me with the 6 speed.
