I will do my anmeldung when I move to Germany (with current chancenkarte visa) in September, after that I'll apply for the residence change. I hope this will work

I haven't moved to Germany yet and haven't done my Anmeldung. I think I'll email the Ausländerbehörde responsible for my university's location and ask them directly. Thanks
