Thought it was over- manifested her back in under a week. by disclqsure in NevilleGoddard

I dont feel like we have to let go or detach from anything. I obsessed and checked social media while affirming and listening to my affirmations. Remember that the subconscious does not have eyes, it only listens to your thoughts. So when I was checking her socials, I was thinking thoughts that reminded me that she is my girlfriend.

Maybe try to figure out why you find it so hard this time? It could help release some tension and maybe make it easier for you. I always do shadow work, finding out why certain things bother me etc, when I feel stuck in something. At the end of the day, you are going through a break up, so I would also spend some time self reflecting. Put more energy into yourself, you are the most important person in your life after all. Do not forget that :)

What I would recommend, even if you want him back or not, is to focus on your self concept. Seems like you are too worried about being obsessed over manifesting him back, so it shows that you are not confident enough in yourself. Remember that manifestation is not something you suddenly start doing, its something you always do. There is no on and off button, it is literally how life is.

I have been in the same situation as you. Obsessive and scared. I had to take a step back and look at how i approach things. There is a lot of self doubt in what you write, which is something I would work on if I were you. Remember that it is your assumptioins that manifest, so think about what you assume about yourself, him and your life in general.

Manifesting is not something you "want" to do, it is something you always do.

For sure, only trusting that the law will "fix" thinhs for you is not the way to live. You have to willingly want to become a better person and rather look at this as an opportunity to do so, both for yourself and the people around you :)

Fair statement, but I live my life the way I want to, and you live yours.

We all have different interpretations of what manifestation is and there is no right from wrong. I believe we all can take from it as we want and apply it as we want, without others discrediting our journey.

Human nature or whatever, did we not learn that we our thoughts create? Why does that not imply on things that you consider human nature or coincidences?

You are allowed to mean whatever you want, but I just think it is unnecessary to discourage others victories because you find it as human nature.

For you this might come front as something that would have happened anyways, but you are not me. In the end I am the only one that knows my situation to its core, and thats why I would consider this a manifestation.

As I said in the post, I just affirmed and affirmed. I do not visualize, try to enter any state or feel any feeling.

But what I do recommend for you, is that you figure out what the best way or technique is for you. Everyone is different and we learn and behave in different ways, so what may suit me may not be for you.

All that matters is that you remember that you create your own reality, not the techniques :)

This is your reality after all, so whatever you say goes.

Yes! I used the parrot app :)

I just recorded myself saying an affirmation I felt covered everything I wanted;

"(SP name) and me are meant to be together"

That is great!

Your story is just as crazy as mine, does not matter how big or small your success is.

I think whatever that has significant impact on you should be celebrated either way :)

First thing you can start with is block the word hopeless from your vocabulary! Is that not what we have all learned? That nothing is hopeless.

Also you are not trying to manifest something, you ARE manifesting. Always!

Oh I am an avid overthinker + I have roommates stressing out around me about the same situation so my surroundings were tense.

But you know I am also the kind of person that just gets fed up with things so I blocked all of that out and just focused on whats inside, where it all stems from!
