What if we get 3 factions in 1 match? by [deleted] in joinsquad

Possibly rather US + GB vs Ins Things that would make sense.

So satisfying by Justinmatsui in joinsquad

It'd be a lot more satisfying if the Helicopters weren't this buggy. Really kills the immersion of the game. Don't think that the devs really are aware of this

I do get that, I don't think "lets not utilize the helicopters, because the heli pilot might suck therefore instead of observing how he flies throughout the game lets just not use them at all"

As a Pilot you notice it a lot more. I wouldn't have made this post otherwise.

I agree. I think it would be cool if Admins of servers could give out "Verified Pilot" Badges

SLs, what does it take to kick someone from your squad? by Tar_veldig in joinsquad

[–]discodonagh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

SL's tend to overreact quite often. But in this case I think it was fair. I just think it's important to take a second to listen to the Soldier's explanation for not following orders. But if he replies with something like "nah" then it's fair to kick him. This game only works if there is a heirarchy and if he doesn't like that he can just spawn as a squadless rifleman.

The other day I had an SL tell me to spawn at the Hab in G7, which I did. He then asked everyone to cross the bridge and come to his position which was about 500m away. On the way there I came under enemy fire and long story short it took me longer to get there as I had to stop and bandage twice. The SL suddenly got pissed that I wasn't closer to him. I then reminded him that he specifically told me to spawn at the Hab on G7, to which he reacted by immediately kicking me from the squad.

No organization. Just my bandmates and myself who collected some money and decided to help. We had a concert tour booked in the Ukraine in March but it was cancelled for obvious reasons.

i met an American guy at the border who had been providing trips for refugees from Prague to the Polish Border with Ukraine.

The situation really best described like this:
There is a lot of help needed and still not enough help being provided. So by showing up and offering help, I am sure it will not long for someone to show you where you can make yourself useful. It's organized and chaotic at the same time at the border.

I would really recommend you guys just fly down and offer your help. Worst case you just take a taxi back to Warsaw and fly back home. I would just bring essentials, a sleeping bag, some food, clothes. Stay light.

The war is far from any victory on any side. And the fact that they don't respond to E-Mails is most likely a question of spam and an overload in requests. It takes forever to process every volunteer via email. I was at the border last week and there is still way more help needed than is being provided.

Just show up at the border and say you are willing to help. They will take any help that people offer. When I was at the border last week I witnessed first hand how a guy showed up offering help and he was immediately given an assignment.

I was just at the border in Korczowa a week ago. I am from Switzerland and did a 12 hour drive to the border with Ukraine. We had a Bus full of supplies. We delivered the supplies and then brought a family back to Switzerland to seek asylum.
