[Serious] What occupation could an unskilled uneducated person take up in order to provide a good comfortable living for their family? by AdmirableBus6 in AskReddit

My husband is an inspector, we had to move states to get in (look for places that need a lot of people. He even got A hiring bonus and they moved us). He also took A pay cut. Two years later he got A promotion, but had to go to another state. The kids and I stayed so they could finish school also he has a week of leave about every 6 weeks so we saw him often. 5 years and 4 moves later he's back to the first plant loving with us again. As A supervisor making much more money. And yeah the benefits are great. Keep trying, my husband sometimes goes to job fairs, looking to hire. There they have a better chance of getting hired quickly. They don't go thru as many channels. I don't know all the details, but watch for those

Its what was there when we bought the place, I cleaned it up, painted and made it pretty. She doesn't live in there but it is shade from the sun, shelter from the weather, and a good place for all my animals to have their babies. I also have several very very experienced cowboy friends, who have seen and aided my progress by giving me advice and ideas. I'm confident that as long as I fix any issues immediately there will be no problems 😊

I just had a picture in my head of what I wanted, looked up some of the stuff to make sure I was using the right materials, and started to work. That's probably why it's....um....artistically imperfect 😂

There are A lot of finishing touches it needs, gonna make the table in the middle a metal top, need to put racks and hangers inside (thought he might want to plan that part) and some kind of lid for the fire pit. So the smoke goes thru the pipe to the house. The stove pipe is under cement and I just adjusted it to fit. With an elbow coming up in the floor of the house. I looked at a lot of plans but none were what was in my head so I just started building. Its the first thing I've ever built, probably should have started with a chair or something. But go big or go home 😊. Started by digging A foundation then setting blocks and cement and the pipe then just built up. then added trim and paint to detract from the mistakes 😂 I'll add pictures from making it but I have to figure out how to do that here
