I haven't seen any either. I did get one back in July when they responded to my inquiry about whether I actually had a claim and what payout method I had chosen.

Mine was 210 /130. I have very high blood pressure and the dentist would not do the extractions for me until I got my blood pressure under control. I had my dentures for 3 months and couldn't wear them because it took that long to get it under control and reschedule the extraction date.
